All Foil SHAPED balloons are self sealing and can be filled with air and be hanged or placed where desired or alternatively the SHAPED balloons can be filled with helium to make the balloons float.
However RAMADAN, EID & MUBARAK the 16” foil letter balloons are only suitable for air.
