HOWEVER UMRAH MUBARAK 16” FOIL LETTER BALLONS ARE ONLY SUITABLE FOR AIR.
Stickers to decorate the foil balloons if you wish to do so.

All balloons are self sealing and can be filled with air and be hanged or placed where desired or alternatively the Star and Heart shaped balloons can be filled with helium to make the balloons float.
2 sticker sheets included so you can decorate the plain foil balloons if you wish too.
